Willie Cortinas, President: After serving in the military, Willie worked in the construction industry and eventually for a painting company. It wasn’t long after that he started his own painting company. Soon after, he was hired as a salesman for Pittsburgh Paints where he worked for 10 years. Since then he has worked for several regional and national paint companies in sales and as a District Sales Manager. After being in the painting industry for over 35 years he started CP&R. Willie has served on various boards and committees supporting the industry and continues to donate his time and energy, helping to better the community.

Kristi Cortinas: Vice President. After 40 years in the banking, medical, and construction industries, Kristi co-partnered with Willie in starting their own business. She overseas all aspects of running the business end of CP&R; from office management, purchasing, estimating, and throwing parties for the crew and customers!

Ian Cortinas: Estimator/ProjectManager: Ian has been in the Painting Industry for over 15 years. He has extensive knowledge in application, running crews, estimating, and project management. Ian took 4 years off to proudly serve his country in the US Marine Corps. He is a Operation Iraqi Freedom Combat Veteran. Ian will continue to carry on the family business in the future.

Tessie Cruz, Administrative Assistant: Wearing many hats, Tessie is a real team player. Having an Associate's in Accounting, she brings 3 years office support to our company. Tessie is our island girl from Guam who assists with project coordination and office management making her a great asset to our company.
