Willie Cortinas, President:  After serving in the military Willie worked in the construction industry and eventually for a painting company.  It wasn’t long after that he started his own painting company. Soon after, he was hired as a salesman for Pittsburgh Paints where he worked for 10 years.  Since then he has worked for several Regional and National paint companies in sales and as a District Sales Manager.  After being in the painting industry for over 35 years he started CP&R.  He has served on various boards and committees supporting the industry and continues to donate his time and energy, helping to better the community.
	Kristi Cortinas:  Vice President.  After 40 years in the banking, medical, and construction industries, Kristi co-partnered with Willie in starting their own business.  She overseas all aspects of running the business end of CP&R; from office management, purchasing, estimating, and throwing parties for the crew and customers!
	Ian Cortinas, Head Estimator:  Upon returning from Iraq and completing his military career as an MP in the Marines, Ian has joined the family business; first as a field superintendent and now as Head Estimator.  His years of experience working as a painter have given him a good base for future ownership of CP&R.
	Kimberly Detweiler, Administrative Assistant: In addition to the accounting and running the office, Kimberly assists in the estimating department.  Her years of experience in bookkeeping and having excellent organizational skills have been a great asset to our company.  Her wonderful attitude and smile adds a great sparkle to our team!
