Willie Cortinas, President:  After serving in the military, Willie worked in the construction industry and eventually for a painting company.  It wasn’t long after that he started his own painting company. Soon after, he was hired as a salesman for Pittsburgh Paints where he worked for 10 years.  Since then he has worked for several regional and national paint companies in sales and as a District Sales Manager.  After being in the painting industry for over 35 years he started CP&R.  Willie has served on various boards and committees supporting the industry and continues to donate his time and energy, helping to better the community.

Kristi Cortinas:  Vice President.  After 40 years in the banking, medical, and construction industries, Kristi co-partnered with Willie in starting their own business.  She overseas all aspects of running the business end of CP&R; from office management, purchasing, estimating, and throwing parties for the crew and customers!

Kimberly Detweiler, Head Estimator/Project Coordinator: Kimberly has 12 years experience in accounting and office management and over 2 years in the painting industry. She is extremly motivated to serve our clients, and continues the family line as our grandchildrens aunt.  Kimberly is qualified to answer any estimating questions you have.  Her wonderful attitude and smile adds a great sparkle to our team!

Cyndi Knowland: Administrator/Estimator/Project Coordinator:  Cindy brings 8 years accounting experience to our company and is a real asset to the estimating team. Cyndi helps to keep our team in top running order. She not only wears many hats, but is a real team leader.

Steve Loudin:Superintendent/Project Manager:  Steve runs all the field work and brings over 35 years experience in painting and general contruction to the team. His projects range from $10,000 tenant improvements to $1,000,000 projects.
